Learn the history of the Macaron! We discuss tips and tricks and the three major “methods” of making Macarons: Italian, French, and Swiss. You will learn to pipe and fill macaron shells (that we’ve made beforehand for you)- with filings made by you! We will also show you easy and fun ways to decorate the shell that you can do at home!
