Planning that special day but find yourself pressed for time?  Can’t take off of work to enjoy a cake tasting?   Planning a last minute micro-wedding?  Then this is event for you!  Stop by between the hours of 9 am and noon on 10/8/2022 to pickup a Wedding Tasting box of six of some of our most incredible wedding cake flavors- then enjoy them later at your own convenience!

Our Owner, and Head Sugar/Cake Artist,  Rebekah Ontiveros,  will be at pickup to answer generic questions about your wedding cake (or other goodies).   Her work has been featured on Food Network, Netflix, Martha Stewart, Better Homes & Gardens and more!   She looks forward to helping you get started on designing your dream wedding cake!   Please note these are not custom/individual consultations and the Cake Artist cannot solely devote her time to any one party but she is happy to answer as many questions as possible depending on attendance ( We appreciate your patience in case multiple parties arrive at once).  This would be a great opportunity to bring your Pinterest Vision Board or other visual inspiration so we can get a good idea of what you are looking for to best answer your questions.

Details:   This is a ticket for ONE WEDDING TASTING BOX.  Each sampler box will contain six signature flavors.  This box does not include special dietary varieties such as GF/DF/etc.   If you would like to inquire about availability for scheduling a pickup of such a box on this day, please email us at orders@hivecakeshop.com.   If availability permits, we will issue a separate invoice for pickup during the scheduled event date and time   We do not make guarantees that all special requests can be accommodated, but will do our best based on availability. 

 Please note, we are not preparing customized flavors for this event for any tasting boxes.  Refunds of your tasting box will not be provided if we do not have general availability on your requested date.  If you would like to generally inquire about date availability prior to purchasing a Wedding Tasting Box please email orders@hivecakeshop.com.   As a reminder, our availability is determined on a first paid basis.  While do not  hold weddings dates without a paid 50% deposit, preference will be given to those who do purchase and pickup a Sampler Box as they will be automatically placed in our wedding order queue and provided the first opportunity to submit their payment prior to other inquiries received on or after the event date. 

While we do not provide exact quotes on-the-spot,  we are more than happy to provide generic starting price points as we know budget is everything when planning a wedding!  Any verbal price points provided at pick-up are meant to serve as “ball-park” reference points and are not meant to be used as finalized quotes.  Finalized quotes are always provided, in writing, via our online payment platform once we have all details required to issue a final quote (flavor, size, date and time required, etc).  Our owner will individually follow-up the following week with each ticket holder to answer any lingering questions and to draft a proposal/quote for your event. 

*Please note these boxes are offered at a reduced rate from our regular Wedding Tasting pricing scale as they are not customizable;  additionally, the cost of the tasting box will not be credited towards the final wedding contract.
