Learn about creating cake armature and sculpting basics!  Inspired by our friend and Sugar Rush Alum, Chef Blaque, you’ll get introduced to conditioning modeling chocolate.   At the end of class you will get to take home your own ghoulish garden veggie perfect for the Halloween season!  You’ll also have a whole new arsenal of tricks for your 3D sculpting caking needs! Basic cake decorating knowledge encouraged but not required. Themed swag bag will be gifted to students upon completion.  COST: $200 per student (4 class occupancy)
