Learn to make deep and dark buttercream colors WITHOUT THAT BITTER TASTE! (Yes, it can be done!) Learn about isomalt and some simple ways to use it to add decorative elements to your cakes. Also learn how to shape ghoulish fondant fingers to help finish off your cake. Learn ways to make realistic blood effects in edible mediums which are perfect for spooky cakes!
Students are not required to have taken previous courses to attend this class. However, we do encourage you to have some baking knowledge.
